To achieve the highest print quality, Polo Packages uses two types of flexographic printing technologies: sandwich printing and back (spine) printing.

Sandwich Printing
In this advanced process, the ink is embedded between the film and the adhesive, creating sharp, vibrant, and long-lasting designs. The ink, sealed between two layers, is protected from scratches, friction, and aging, ensuring a durable and premium finish. This method supports up to 8-color printing, allowing for eye-catching, full-color customization.

Back (Spine) Printing
This method involves printing directly on the outer surface of the tape. It’s efficient and cost-effective while maintaining clarity and durability. For acrylic tapes, printing is supported with corona treatment to ensure perfect adhesion of the ink. For hot melt tapes, the rolls are pre-treated and ready for printing without the need for additional primer or release coatings
